Team
Ideas on Stage is built on a unique mix of experience and expertise.
We have business degrees together with many years of experience in consulting and international management, covering new technologies and various industries.
We cover both English and French as native speakers.
We have lived and worked in various countries inside and outside Europe.
We are also professional speakers and experts in the art and science of communication, and apply this to real business scenarios, adding value as much to our customers' content as to its presentation.
Pierre Morsa has 12 years of experience as a management consultant and senior manager with Accenture and Ineum Consulting, working with many blue-chip customers across various industries and countries. He holds a Master of Science in Business from HEC Liège.
With Ideas on Stage, Pierre leads our design activities, and has worked for example with the famous photographer and environmental campaigner Yann Arthus-Bertrand. Pierre also runs the leading French blog about presentation skills. A native French speaker, Pierre also speaks excellent English.
Phil Waknell has 12 years of management experience with Procter & Gamble and Hewlett-Packard, most recently as director of strategic sales for Europe, Middle-East & Africa. Like Pierre, Phil has lived and worked in various countries. Phil holds a languages degree and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
Phil leads the Ideas on Stage training business, and teaches presentation skills for HEC Paris (Europe’s #1 business school).
Phil is English (and partly Irish), but also speaks fluent French. He runs a popular presentation skills blog, Phil Presents.
